    Biology
Psyduck is a yellow Pokémon that resembles a duck or bipedal platypus. Three tufts of black hair grow on top of its head, and it has a wide, flat, cream-colored beak and vacant eyes. Its legs, arms, and tail are stubby and its webbed feet are cream-colored. There are three claws on both of its hands. Psyduck is constantly stunned by its headache and is unable to think very clearly. It usually stands immobile, trying to calm its headache. However, when its headache becomes too severe, it releases tension in the form of strong psychic powers. The use of these powers produces brain waves identical to those seen in sleepers, and the Pokémon is unable to recall these episodes. Psyduck lives in freshwater lakes, small ponds, or rivers in tropical areas.

    Major Appearances In The Anime
    Misty's Psyduck
Misty has a Psyduck that she accidentally caught in Hypno's Naptime. It is a constant source offrustration for her, as it frequently emerges from its Poké Ball to attempt to battle the opponent in substitution of one of her other Pokémon. Despite this, she has been shown to deeply care for it. Despite being generally shown as dimwitted and oblivious, when its headache gets bad enough, it has been shown to use phenomenally powerful Psychic-type moves which far exceed its normal ability.

    Gender Ratio : 50 %  : 50 %     (M:F)

Regional Numbers Pokédex : #087 Kanto and #179 Johto  and #259 Hoenn  and #266
    Unova

    Biology
    Dewgong is a
pinniped Pokémon resembling a sea lion. It has a snowy white, furry body, which renders it virtually invisible in snowy conditions. Its face has two black eyes with no visible sclera, a black button nose and two tusks extending from its upper jaw. It has a streamlined body with two front flippers and a long flowing tail. Even in extremely cold and ice-packed waters, its tail allows it to be a swift and agile swimmer at speeds of 8 knots. On top of its head is a sharp horn, which allows it to cut and plow through even the thickest of ice floes. It lives on icebergs adrift in frigged ocean waters, as well as glaciers on land. It thrives in lower temperatures, becoming increasingly more active the colder the weather gets. By storing thermal energy within its body, it is completely unharmed by even the most intense freezing weather. During daylight hours, it sleeps on bitterly cold ice or under shallow water. However, at night when the temperature drops, it becomes a hunter and searches for prey.

    Trivia
In the Pokémon Red and Blue beta, Dewgong was originally known as "Manaty".
    Origin
Dewgong is based on the aquatic dwelling tropical mammal, the dugong. Its is of the same order as the manatee, which resides in the Western Hemisphere. The four known living members of the order all currently inhabit warm waters, a source of conflict with Dewgong's Ice-type affinity. However, an extinct closer evolutionary relative from the same family
(Dugongidae), the Steller's Sea Cow, once existed in the cold Arctic waters of the Bering Sea. While it is suggested that Dewgong was partially inspired by other water dwelling aquatic polar mammals; seals, sea lions, the Harp Seal, the Hooded Seal, the ringed seal, et al.; the Sirenian fossil record suggests the prominence of enlarged incisors that are absent in the modern variants of the dugong, a feature that is noticeable in Dewgong.
    Name Origin
Dewgong is a portmanteau of dew and dugong, as well as a corruption of dugong (a relative of the manatee). Dew may refer to the natural phenomenon of water vapor condensing in the presence of a cold surface. Dew formation at sufficiently low temperatures turns into frost, a possible reference to Dewgong's dualtype affinity. Jugon is a corruption of dugong.

    Trivia
    • Ludicolo and its pre-evolutions, Lotad and Lombre, have a unique type combination.
    • As of Generation V, no other Pokémon have the same Egg Group combination of Ludicolo's evolutionary line. In this case, they are included in both Water 1 and Grass Egg Groups.
    • Ludicolo's evolutionary line are very similar with Shiftry's family. Both of them are part Grass-type,
they first evolve at level 14, a respective evolutionary stone is used to reach the final
stage, and both of them are also version-exclusive
between Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. They both also gain a
very small movepool by evolving to their final evolutions.
    Origin
Ludicolo is probably based on a duck, platypus, or kappa, a Mexican dancer, and a giant colocynth or pineapple.
    Name Origin
Ludicolo may be a combination of ludic (playful in an aimless way) or ludicrous (laughable or absurd) and colocynth (a plant that bears a round, yellow and green fruit). Colo may be an anagram of loco, slang for "crazy." Runpappa may be a combination of ルンルン runrun (happy or bouncy) and pappa (the possible sound of a rapid drumbeat). It may also be a
    combination of rumba and kappa.

#006 Charizard (Japanese: リザードン Lizardon) is a dual-type Fire/Flying Pokémon.

It evolves from Charmeleon starting at level 36. It is the final form of Charmander. It can Mega Evolve into two forms: Mega Charizard X using Charizardite X andMega Charizard Y using Charizardite Y.

Charizard is the version mascot of Pokémon Red and FireRed Versions. It also makes an appearance on the Pokémon Ranger, Pokémon Stadium, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky boxarts.

    Biology
Charizard is draconic, bipedal Pokémon. It is covered mainly in orange scales with a cream underside from the chest to the tip of the tail. It has a long snout and neck, small blue eyes, and two horns protruding from the back of its head. There are large wings with teal undersides sprouting from its back. Its arms are short and skinny, and its hands have three clawed fingers. Its feet have three clawed toes and cream-colored soles.

As Mega Charizard X, its skin turns black with a blue underside from the lower jaw to the tip of the tail. It gains two curved, blue spikes on each shoulder and the tips of its horns turn blue as well. There are now two curved spikes on the back of its neck. The edges of its wings are divided into large, rounded sections and the joint has a curved spike on it. Mega Charizard X breathes blue flames out the sides of its mouth, and the flame on its tail now burns blue with increased heat as well.

When Mega Evolved as Mega Charizard Y, this Pokémon grows a third horn on the back of its head between the original two, which are now shorter. Small wings develop on its wrists, while the ones on its back become larger and now have ragged edges. There are several spines along the length of its tail. It retains its cream underside, but it now extends up to its lower jaw. Mega Charizard Y is said to have incredible flying prowess, being able to reach incredible heights.

This Pokémon flies in search of powerful opponents to battle, and its fire will burn hotter as it gains experience. Its fiery breath is capable of melting boulders, massive glaciers, and has been known to accidentally cause forest fires.
